Can I return a purchase?
Of course!! We gladly accept any returns. We just ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item before sending it back. Give us a chance to take care any issues you may have.
How come I didn't get re-imbursed for shipping costs?
Please understand that while we accept all returns, even if the reason is you changed your mind or didn't like the merchandise, shipping costs to and from the customer are the responsibility on your end. (unless of course any errors originated on our side)

How Are My Packages Going To Arrive?
For 90% of our shipments, we use USPS Priority Service. You will also get a tracking number which you can use to find out information regarding your order. Giant bulk orders, oversized items are shipping using either UPS or Fedex Ground.
